Whistleblower Policy and Integrity Helpline
Pursuant to the Code, the Corporation has a Whistleblower Policy and has established procedures so that any employee can anonymously report suspected incidents regarding any perceived illegal or unethical behaviour or practices in the conduct of the Corporation’s activities. To ensure the highest possible level of integrity and objectivity in investigating such concerns, the Corporation has instituted an independent review process for such reports. The Corporation has established an Integrity Helpline website and toll-free number for employees to report suspected incidents anonymous to the Audit Committee. The Integrity Helpline website and call centre is managed by an outside third-party, EthicsPoint, and can be accessed through a link on the EthicsPoint website, the Corporation's intranet and this web site.
